Mandatory IEEE conference compliance requirements
Papers must be in fluent English, 4 to 6 pages in standard IEEE two-column conference format.
Omit all author names, affiliations, emails, acknowledgments, and self-referential citations in initial PDF.
Must be compiled with official IEEE LaTeX / Word template. Camera-ready requires eCF copyright transfer.

Register Account
Create or verify your EDAS profile at edas.info with current affiliation and email.
Select Track
Select the appropriate technical symposium (Tracks 1 to 5) corresponding to your research topic.
Upload Blind PDF
Upload anonymized PDF without author names or identifying acknowledgments for double-blind review.
Camera-Ready & eCF
Upon acceptance notification, certify final paper via IEEE PDF eXpress and transfer copyright electronically.
