ยง 1. Firm Deadline Cut-off
The extended deadline of July 15, 2027 is hard and final. EDAS will automatically shut down paper registration and new file submissions at 23:59 AoE. Authors must ensure their initial manuscript is uploaded prior to this cut-off.
ยง 2. Camera-Ready & Author Registration
For inclusion in the final technical program and digital library publication in IEEE Xplore, at least one author must register at the Full Author rate by September 15, 2027 and upload the IEEE PDF eXpress certified file.
