On behalf of the Organizing Committee, Steering Committee, and our international co-sponsoring societies, it is our distinct pleasure to welcome you to the 22nd International Conference on Intelligent Computing, Communications, and Range Systems (IC3RS 2027 2027) in Da Nang, Vietnam.
For over two decades since its founding in 2003, IC3RS 2027 has stood as a rigorous, peer-reviewed forum for computer scientists, communications engineers, and aerospace telemetry specialists. This year's focus, "Synergizing Artificial Intelligence, 6G Ubiquitous Networking, and Autonomous Aerospace Systems", captures the unprecedented convergence of machine intelligence, ubiquitous 6G networking, and critical mission-range technologies.
We look forward to an invigorating program comprising plenary keynotes by world-renowned academicians, oral technical sessions, student symposiums, and unforgettable Vietnamese cultural exchanges along the coastal waters of Da Nang.
IC3RS 2027 2027 features 5 specialized symposium clusters. Select a track to view Track Chairs, Co-Chairs, and specific research scopes.
Full technical papers reporting mature contributions. Up to 6 standard IEEE double-column pages. Up to 2 extra pages allowed at $60/page.
Early-stage research breakthroughs, short papers, and visionary methodologies seeking community feedback.
Live software prototypes, telemetry setups, and hardware demonstration booths on-site at the venue.
Michael Henry Strater University Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering
Princeton University, USA
"As we enter the era of 6G, the convergence of statistical inference, real-time edge computing, and semantic communications poses profound theoretical and practical challenges. This keynote surveys recent advances at the intersection of information theory and distributed machine learning. We examine fundamental rate-distortion-perception bounds, decentralized federated optimization across imperfect wireless channels, and the role of reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS) in orchestrating autonomous multi-agent cyber-physical spaces."
H. Vincent Poor is the Michael Henry Strater University Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Princeton University. His research interests include information theory, machine learning, and wireless networks. An IEEE Fellow and member of the US National Academy of Engineering and National Academy of Sciences, he has authored more than 2,000 publications and received the IEEE Alexander Graham Bell Medal and the IEEE Medal of Honor.
Dean of Engineering and Applied Science & Arthur LeGrand Doty Professor
Princeton University, USA
"The exponential growth of autonomous robotic systems, smart cities, and planetary sensor meshes demands ultra-high throughput and deterministic low-latency connectivity far beyond current 5G cellular topologies. This address discusses breakthrough physical layer innovations, mmWave and sub-THz propagation characteristics, and algorithmic strategies for joint communication and radar sensing (JCAS) across hybrid satellite-aerial-terrestrial infrastructures."
Andrea Goldsmith is the Dean of the School of Engineering and Applied Science and the Arthur LeGrand Doty Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Princeton University. She was previously the Stephen Harris Professor of Engineering at Stanford University. She is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and received the prestigious Marconi Prize.
